「2019大台中不動產高峰論壇」昨（17）日在中興大學舉行，討論不動產發展趨勢及進行專題演講，吸引估價師、地政士、不動產仲介、代銷、經紀人等從業人員及民眾約3,000多人共襄盛舉。副市長令狐榮達代表市長盧秀燕到場致詞，感謝每年大台中不動產高峰論壇齊聚相關業界公會菁英，以及產官學界等代表共商議題，相關資訊也提供市府作為規劃藍圖，期盼在各界共同努力下，讓台中經濟與房地產持續蓬勃發展。
論壇由逢甲大學土地管理學系教授陳建元擔任與談主持人，副市長令狐榮達、地政局長吳存金等應邀出席；論壇就台中未來的發展藍圖及中央現正推動的房市法令政策做說明；由住商機構發言人徐佳馨及趨勢專家田大權進行專題演講。
令狐副市長表示，台中市好山、好水、好人才，在地理上也深具優勢。盧市長會積極落實「台中富市3」經濟藍圖，實踐「前店、後廠、自由港」，相信在大家的努力合作下，讓經濟與房地產相輔相成發展。
令狐副市長指出，活動齊聚所有不動產開發及相關產業的菁英，台中市有1,124家不動產仲界業者，數量全國第一，且台中市的市地重劃每一期也都非常順利成功；這個論壇邀集所有產官學界一起討論議題，每年論壇的討論結果也提供市府參考作為規劃藍圖，祝福活動順利圓滿成功。
台中市地政局長吳存金指出，台中市公共建設日益完善，加以人口數躍升全國第二，建設發展創造就業機會，反應在地價變動上，近5年的實價登錄數據顯示，大樓／華廈新成屋及中古屋交易呈現量縮價漲趨勢，其中新成屋上漲約20%，中古屋上漲近33%。另透天型態新成屋則呈現穩定成長趨勢，平均總價上漲達50%，透天中古屋交易則呈現量縮價漲趨勢，上漲率約28%，皆呈現上漲趨勢。倘以金額而言，不論中古屋或是新成屋，台中購買透天厝至少需1,000萬。
吳存金說，以實價登錄不動產買賣交易資料庫為基礎，透過分析技術，公布每月、季、半年及全年度之中古屋住宅價格指數及住宅市場交易資訊供外界參考，詳細內容於台中市政府地政局網站（https://www.land.taichung.gov.tw/home.php）查詢。
